Gear Checklist before Starting a Hiking Project

The reason that Hiking beginners hate mountain is they are not prepared enough. Whether hiking to the mountains in the backcountry or close to home, think about how far you plan to hike, how remote the route is, and what the weather forecast, communicating with friends in a hiking group helps to make safe and joyful hiking memories. Every trip will have situations where really need something but it is not in the backpack. So checking everything off the list because it’s really easy to forget things. People like hiking, just as the poem says:

With alpenstock and knapsack light,

I wander o’er hill and valley;

I climb the snow peak’s flashing height,

And sleep in the sheltered chalet, —

Free in heart — happy and free —
